7-Day Return & Exchange
We offer 7-day easy returns and exchanges from the date your order is delivered.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Returns are only accepted if there is a size or manufacturing issue.
A store credit (credit voucher) will be issued upon return.
You can use this voucher to repurchase a different size or shop for another style.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
STEP 1: Submit your request within 7 working days of receiving your order.
STEP 2: Provide your order number and return parcel tracking number to our team via email or FB inbox.
STEP 3: Send the item back to us using the return details provided below.
Who Covers Shipping Costs?
All return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
What Is a Credit Voucher?
A credit voucher is store credit issued for returned items, redeemable on your next purchase.
- The value is based on the amount paid (after any discount).
- Discounted purchases will receive a credit based on the final price after discount.
- Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- They can be used in multiple transactions until the balance runs out.
- Apply your credit voucher code during checkout to redeem.

Q: How do I check my balance?
Check the email we sent you and click on "View Credit Balance".
Q: Will I get notified before my voucher expires?
No, expiry reminders are not sent.
Q: Can I reactivate my expired credit voucher?
No, once expired, it cannot be reissued.

Return & Voucher Terms
- Return is allowed ONCE per order number. Orders made using a credit voucher cannot be returned again.
- No exchanges for size or colour after your order has been processed but not yet shipped.
- Credit vouchers must be used within 90 days or will be forfeited.
- No cash refunds will be provided.
- You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please retain all shipping proof.
- We reserve the right to reject any returned items that do not meet our policy terms.
