West Malaysia: RM9 per order
East Malaysia: RM15 per order

Singapore
RM29 per order for purchases below SGD150

Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over RM150 (Malaysia) or SGD150 (Singapore).




Order Processing & Delivery Times

All of our pieces are made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure quality.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped out.

We appreciate your patience — good things take time, and we're committed to delivering pieces worth the wait.

Estimated delivery after production:

• West Malaysia: 1–3 business days

• East Malaysia: 3–7 business days

• Singapore: 4–7 business days

If your order contains multiple items, everything will be shipped together once production is complete.

Things to Know

Split Shipments: We do not offer split shipments. Orders containing both ready stock and pre-order items will be shipped together.

Address Changes: Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to accommodate address modifications.

Re-Delivery Fees: If a parcel is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-delivery will incur standard shipping fees:

West Malaysia: RM9

East Malaysia: RM15

Singapore: RM29
